Gamrie Pilates is currently on Zoom and offers friendly classes from Beginner to Intermediate level. Classes run Tuesday to Friday in 6-week blocks. Max 10 attendees per class, drop-ins welcome where space permits. You’ll need your own mat and head cushion.
Best suited to those with some experience in Pilates who want to
- be more flexible
- improve posture
- build strength
- rehabilitate injury
- understand movement patterns
Gamrie Pilates classes are taught by Carol West, a member of the Body Control Pilates Academy & Registered Osteopath.
