Eva's Cottage

Eva’s Cottage is an 18th century fisherman’s cottage located in Seatown with both the sea and beach metres away.  The cottage, designed to cater for up to 5 guests, comprises 3 bedrooms, living room with wood / coal burning stove and open plan dining area, kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower.

Eva’s can comfortably cater for 5 guests with master double bedroom and twin bedroom upstairs with a downstairs single bedroom.  All bedrooms are cosy and are fitted with radiators, bedside tables and bedside lamps.

The living room has sea views from all windows and is fitted with an electric radiator and a wood / coal  burning stove for those cold winter evenings and benefits from two double sofas, coffee table, Smart TV / DVD player, large choice of DVDs and board games and Vodafone Superfast broadband.  Netflix and Amazon Prime Video are also available.  A small open plan dining area forms part of the living space.

The functional kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and electrical items such as a toaster, kettle and sandwich maker.  There is a large selection of plates, saucers, bowls, mugs, cups, glasses, cutlery and pots and pans.

The bathroom has W.C., wash hand basin and bath with overhead electric shower.

We are dog friendly.

Eva’s follows AirBnB COVID protocols and the cottage is fully cleaned in a COVID secure manner prior to all new bookings.
